Overweight people will have trouble getting hired. One of ten personnel managers would not have let overweight persons meet with customers. And most companies are looking to hire people with a normal weight.

This is according to a study of 2000 personnel managers done by Personnel Today.

1. Prefer to hire people with normal weight.
2. Half of the group thinks that overweight people are less productive.
3. About half of the group thinks overweight people lacks self discipline.
