Reason and long term investing

• Always be aware of the worst case scenario. If everything than can go wrong goes wrong, and it still will be priced reasonably it could be a good investment.
• It is not the most glamorous stocks that will rise the most.
• Look for simple business models. Even a six year old has to understand two things about a company: what the company does and how it makes money, if not stay clear of investing in this company.
