Exchange

The organization that provides for the trading of the listed security. Example American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, New York Stock Exchange, Pacific Exchange (PCX). The biggest, most established companies generally trade on the New York Stock Exchange, but many giants in technology and other newer companies trade on Nasdaq.
