Wilshire 5000 Stock Index

A stock index that provides a broad measure of trends in stock prices across the whole of the market. The Wilshire 5000 consists of approximately 6,500 U.S-based stocks traded on the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
